2nd Day

This is our kitchen area where we eat.  We hope to eat some meals with the kids but we haven't been ready by breakfast and we are trying to figure out the best way to bring what we are served with us as the kids are served a bit of different meals.  Less meat is what we are told.

Benjamin, Grace and Anna in where the bunnies, chickens, baby chickies, rabbits, hedge hog, parakeets are kept.  Anna and Grace got to help feed the rabbits yesterday and they were very excited!

These are the cows that they have right now.  The baby is a male and will get a good price at market.  They stay right on the other side of the previous pictures of the chicks, rabbits, etc.

Our kids playing on the playground waiting for school to be out.  The kids go to school from 7:00-11:00.  Break for lunch then go back from 1:00-5:00.  The school will be out for summer break next Wednesday.  The older kids are out right now.  And school with the orphanage only goes through grade 9.  Then the kids have to go to the corrupt system of public school through 12th.  Kit and Ream are really trying to get those final grades added to their school but the challenge is funds.

The boys hanging in our sleeping room.  Benjamin is making funny sounds in the fan :)

Joseph and Yong had several games of Stratego going.

The girls and I enjoyed a couple games of Rummicube with several of the girls.  It was very fun to just hang and they were very gracious with us having not played the game before.  We got creamed :)

Joseph and Alfven helped Kit cement poles in place for the fence around the pool area.

This is Ream with her daughter Ada.  She is the cutest little thing!!

Benjamin and I helped to transfer some of the dirt to piles in the back.  They are leveling the ground by hand for new buildings and walkways.

Benjamin had a great time hanging with the kids and playing games too.  Finally Alfven had to tell him to go to bed last night because all the kids were heading up for bed and most of our family had already fell asleep.

It was a great day with more fun with the kids!  Today the whole school is supposed to come over for a work day to help prep the back corner for some new structures to house mission groups.
